Hello, I'm Andrew Towers. I have worked in the video post-production business in Grand Rapids, MI, for 23 years, and have specialized in 3D animation, layered special effects editing, corporate graphic presentations, and TV commercials.

I have worked extensively with the communications departments of some of the largest business in Grand Rapids, including Amway/Alticor/Quixtar, Spartan, Steelcase, Rockford Construction, the Griffins and Rampage sports teams, Dow of Midland and Consumers Energy of Jackson, performing complex computer layering and "saved in post" feats alongside many independent producers and the town's advertising agencies, including Felder Communications, Hannon-McKendry, Ken Schmidt Productions, Paul Miles Advertising, and Cynthia Kay and Co.

Whether taking part in projects that educate the public about downed-power lines or organ donation, or producing for myself a video presentation that attempted to show visually the beautification of an empty lot--a video that won an award at Festival in 2000--I enjoy using my God-given creativity for my clients.

I've operated a number of animation software systems since the beginning of the video revolution, including the DPMAX and Jaleo compositing system, and I currently use Discreet's 3DStudioMax, Combustion, Digital Photography, and Photoshop for the work I do.
